This Privacy Policy explains how Samdo Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you contact us through our website, by phone, or through WhatsApp, including messages handled by our Odoo system and the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not send us a message through these channels.
1. Who we are
Samdo Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC operates an automotive spare-parts business. Our customer messages are stored in our Odoo system so that our staff can reply, prepare quotations, and follow orders.

2. Information we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp or through our website, we may collect:
- Your name and WhatsApp profile name
- Your phone number
- The content of your messages, including text, photos, documents, voice notes, and location if you choose to send them
- The date and time of each message and its delivery status
- Details you give us about a vehicle or a part, such as a part number, chassis number, or order reference
We receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta also processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. How we use the information
We use this information to:
- Reply to your questions and send quotations
- Identify the correct spare part and follow your order
- Send WhatsApp messages and approved message templates about your request
- Keep a record of the conversation for our staff
- Protect our systems against misuse and troubleshoot delivery problems
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your WhatsApp messages for unrelated advertising.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Meta Platforms, which delivers WhatsApp messages
- Our staff and system administrators who operate Odoo
- A hosting provider that stores our Odoo database
- A public authority if the law requires us to disclose information
5. How long we keep information
We keep conversation records for as long as they are needed for your quotation, order, accounting, and customer support, and then for the period required by applicable law. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
6. How to request deletion
You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversation.
Send an email to badredine@tanemirt-tech.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the phone number you used on WhatsApp and your name. We will confirm the request and delete the information from our Odoo system unless we must keep a limited record to comply with the law or to complete an open order.
Deletion from our system does not automatically delete information that Meta already processed under Meta's own privacy policy.
7. Your choices
You can stop messaging us at any time. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to correct it, by emailing badredine@tanemirt-tech.com.

We may update this page when our process changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated
